What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not load anything from other companies: fonts and scripts are served from our own website. The quote form does not send or store anything on the website. It only opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and you decide whether to send the email.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address when you open the website, to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies and we do not store anything on your device, so there is nothing to accept or refuse. If our hosting provider needs to check that a visitor is not an automated program, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose only. Such cookies do not need consent.

When you contact us

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: for example your name, phone number, email address, address of the building and details about the roof. We use this only to answer you and prepare a quote, which is a step at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for the contract and for accounting as required by Latvian law (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. If you choose to contact us there, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to answer you and prepare a quote. If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Contract and accounting records are kept for as long as Latvian law requires.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with service providers we need to run our business, such as email and hosting providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Do you have to give us your data?

No. Contacting us is your choice. Without your contact details we simply cannot reply to you or prepare a quote. We do not make decisions about you by automated means or profile you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv.
